THUG.TV TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “TOS”) govern your use of the THUG.TV Metaverse (“THUG.TV” or “the Service”), provided by THUG.TV Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using THUG.TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use THUG.TV.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing or using THUG.TV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you are accessing or using THUG.TV on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. User Generated Content (UGC)

2.1 THUG.TV allows users to create, upload, and share content, including text, images, videos, and other materials (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”). You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any UGC you create, upload, or share using THUG.TV.

2.2 By creating, uploading, or sharing UGC, you represent and warrant that: a. You have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to create, upload, and share the UGC. b. The UGC does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party. c. The UGC does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws related to violation of the rights of others, obscenity, fraud, child exploitation, incitement, or any other illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities. d. The UGC does not contain any viruses, malware, or other malicious code. e. You surrender the permissions to screen shot or record and publish/monetize off said recordings/images of any UGC you share indefinitely. This permission belongs, but is not limited to THUG.TV and any of our staff/users. It does not include permission for users to steal images/videos/assets and republish them. THUG.TV reserves the right to revoke publishing/monetization permissions of said material from any staff/user at any point in time.

2.3 You agree not to create, upload, or share any UGC that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. Illegal simulated pornography, such as child pornography, created by your own UGC or created by utilizing UGC from another user will result in an immediate termination of your account and may include seizure of all of your assets.

2.4 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, remove, or disable access to any UGC that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, in our sole discretion.

2.5 You grant indefinite rights to THUG.TV for any UGC uploaded to our services so that we may continue to publish, monetize off of and provide to our users if made public willingly by you, the uploader. You cannot revoke the rights of assets after uploading them and selling or giving them to our users. Any DMCA filed against us by a user who has willingly uploaded their works to our platform will be deemed fraudulent and will not be adhered to.

3. Illegal Content and AWS Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 You acknowledge and agree that UGC containing illegal content, including but not limited to child pornography, is strictly prohibited on THUG.TV. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such content and will promptly report any illegal activities to the appropriate authorities. Uploading UGC containing irrefutable illegal content of this nature will result in the apprehension of your entire account and related assets. We may also seize related accounts and assets associated with the same owner identity, IP address or hardware ID.

3.2 Additionally, your use of THUG.TV is subject to compliance with the AWS Acceptable Use Policy (https://aws.amazon.com/aup/). You agree to adhere to the AWS Acceptable Use Policy in connection with your use of THUG.TV and understand that any violation of the AWS Acceptable Use Policy may result in the termination of your access to THUG.TV.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 THUG.TV and its associated content, including but not limited to software, graphics, designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to THUG.TV Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree not to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to THUG.TV at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws. All assets belonging to your DeFi wallet will remain in your wallet and may be traded/sold to other accounts, though your wallet may be banned from our network from ever creating another account with said wallet specifically.

6. NFT’s and Crypto Assets

6.1 THUG.TV incorporates a crypto-based Non-Fungible Token (NFT) marketplace within the metaverse. NFTs are digital assets that represent ownership or proof of authenticity of a unique item or piece of content, such as virtual real estate, digital artwork, or virtual collectibles. By participating in the NFT marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6.2 Ownership and Transfer: NFTs acquired through the THUG.TV NFT marketplace are owned by the buyer and stored in their compatible digital wallet. THUG.TV facilitates the transfer of ownership of NFTs between users. Once ownership of an NFT is transferred, THUG.TV is not responsible for any subsequent transactions or transfers.

6.3 Smart Contracts: NFT transactions on THUG.TV are facilitated through blockchain technology and smart contracts. These transactions are irreversible and non-refundable once completed. It is your responsibility to understand and manage the associated risks, including potential transaction fees, blockchain network congestion, and the security of your digital wallet.

6.4 Authenticity and Ownership Rights: THUG.TV takes reasonable efforts to ensure the authenticity and ownership rights of the NFTs listed on its marketplace. However, THUG.TV does not guarantee the authenticity or ownership of any NFT listed, as it relies on information provided by sellers. It is your responsibility to verify the authenticity and ownership rights before making any NFT purchases.

6.5 Content Rights: The NFTs acquired through THUG.TV may grant you specific rights to use and display the associated content within the THUG.TV metaverse. However, the ownership of the underlying intellectual property rights remains with the respective content creators and licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works of the content associated with the NFTs may infringe upon the rights of the content creators.

6.6 Risks and Considerations: The value of NFTs can be highly volatile and subject to market forces. THUG.TV does not provide financial or investment advice, and you should conduct your own research and exercise caution when participating in the NFT marketplace. THUG.TV is not responsible for any financial losses or damages incurred as a result of participating in NFT transactions.

6.7 Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax obligations, when buying, selling, or using NFTs on THUG.TV. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.

6.8 Third-Party Wallets and Services: THUG.TV may integrate with third-party digital wallets and services to facilitate NFT transactions. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. THUG.TV is not responsible for the actions, security, or reliability of third-party wallets and services. You hereby authorize THUG.TV to process indefinite transactions per your request by accepting these Terms and/or linking your third-party wallets to your THUG.TV account.

6.9 Prohibited Activities: The NFT marketplace on THUG.TV prohibits the listing or sale of NFTs that contain illegal or infringing content, including but not limited to content that violates intellectual property rights or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities. THUG.TV reserves the right to remove or disable access to any NFT that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate in its sole discretion.

6.10 Disputes and Resolution: Disputes related to NFT transactions on THUG.TV may arise between buyers and sellers. THUG.TV encourages users to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. In the event of a dispute, THUG.TV may, at its discretion, provide assistance or mediate the dispute. However, THUG.TV is not responsible for resolving or compensating for any disputes between users.

6.11 Indemnification: By participating in the NFT marketplace, you agree to indemnify and hold THUG.TV harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of NFTs, including but not limited to any disputes, intellectual property infringement claims, or violations of applicable laws or regulations.

6.12 Future Enhancements and Changes: THUG.TV may introduce new features, enhancements, or changes to the NFT marketplace over time. These additions or modifications may affect the functionality, availability, or terms of the NFT marketplace. THUG.TV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms to accommodate any such changes.

6.13 THUG Wallet 6.13.1 THUG.TV offers a proprietary wallet system called THUG Wallet that allows users to store and manage their crypto assets and NFTs within the THUG.TV platform. By utilizing THUG Wallet, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6.13.2 THUG Wallet Integration: By linking your THUG Wallet to your THUG.TV account, you gain the ability to seamlessly conduct transactions, including buying, selling, and transferring NFTs, within the THUG.TV metaverse. THUG Wallet provides you with a higher level of autonomy and control over your crypto assets and NFTs, allowing you to manage your transactions and holdings more efficiently.

6.13.3 Limited Interference DAO Control: THUG Wallet operates using decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) principles, where users have control over their assets and transactions. Once linked to your THUG.TV account, THUG Wallet grants you limited interference DAO control, enabling you to independently initiate and manage transactions without requiring direct involvement from THUG.TV.

6.13.4 Transaction Fees: Certain fees may be applied to transactions conducted through THUG Wallet. However, THUG.TV offers the benefit of covering your transaction gas fees in exchange for the use of THUG tokens, the official cryptocurrency of THUG.TV. By using THUG tokens to cover the transaction gas fees, you can enjoy reduced costs and enhanced convenience when performing transactions within the THUG.TV ecosystem.

6.13.5 THUG Token: THUG tokens are a utility token native to the THUG.TV platform. They are used to facilitate transactions, access exclusive features and services, and incentivize user participation within the THUG.TV metaverse. THUG tokens can be acquired through various means, including purchase, rewards, and participation in platform activities. Official ERC-20 contract addresses associated with THUG token are 0xb22ecdfe16bef29ce48a63cde0add3e8b536d122 on Ethereum and 0xB22ecDFe16BeF29cE48A63cDE0aDd3E8b536d122 on Polygon.

6.13.6 THUG Token Usage: Within the THUG.TV ecosystem, THUG tokens can be used to pay for transaction fees, purchase NFTs and virtual goods, access premium content, and participate in governance activities within the THUG.TV DAO. The specific utility and value of THUG tokens are subject to the rules and conditions set forth by THUG.TV and may evolve over time.

6.13.7 THUG Token Availability: THUG tokens may be obtained through designated token sales, exchanges, or other approved methods. The availability and distribution of THUG tokens are subject to the discretion of THUG.TV, and THUG.TV reserves the right to modify the token availability and distribution mechanisms.

6.13.8 THUG Token Risks: The value of THUG tokens may fluctuate due to various factors, including market demand, regulatory changes, and general market conditions. THUG.TV does not guarantee the value or liquidity of THUG tokens and is not liable for any financial losses or damages incurred as a result of participating in THUG token transactions.

6.13.9 THUG Token Governance: THUG.TV may implement a governance framework where THUG token holders can participate in decision-making processes related to the THUG.TV ecosystem. The governance mechanisms and associated rights and responsibilities will be outlined in separate documentation and may require a minimum holding of THUG tokens to participate.

6.13.10 Security and Protection: THUG.TV prioritizes the security and protection of THUG Wallet and user assets. Industry-standard security measures are implemented to safeguard your crypto assets and NFTs. However, it is essential for you to take appropriate security measures, such as utilizing strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and keeping your account credentials confidential.

6.13.11 Loss of Access: It is your responsibility to maintain access to your THUG Wallet and safeguard your account credentials. THUG.TV is not liable for any loss of access to your THUG Wallet, including but not limited to forgotten passwords, compromised accounts, or other unauthorized access.

6.14 ERC-1155 Contract (THUGLAND) 6.14.1 THUGLAND, the virtual land marketplace within the THUG.TV metaverse, utilizes the ERC-1155 contract standard for the representation, sale, and ownership of virtual land parcels. Official THUGLAND ERC-1155 contract addresses are 0x0d4e37b3e051cc51eddeeca42341e4db431eb85e on Ethereum. By participating in the THUGLAND marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6.14.2 Land Ownership: Land parcels acquired through the THUGLAND marketplace are represented as ERC-1155 tokens and are owned by the buyer. The ownership of a land parcel is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain and can be verified through the associated token ID. THUG.TV facilitates the transfer of ownership of land parcels between users.

6.14.3 Metaverse Land Economics: The value and economic dynamics of virtual land parcels within the THUG.TV metaverse may be subject to market forces, including supply and demand factors. THUG.TV does not guarantee any specific value or returns on investment associated with virtual land parcels.

6.14.4 Land Parcel Utilization: Ownership of a land parcel grants you the right to utilize and develop the virtual space within the THUG.TV metaverse according to the platform’s terms and guidelines. THUG.TV may provide tools, features, and customization options for land parcel owners to create and monetize virtual experiences.

6.14.5 Development and Construction: Land parcel owners have the freedom to develop and construct virtual structures, environments, and experiences within their owned land. However, such development and construction activities must adhere to the THUG.TV content policies, guidelines, and any applicable legal requirements.

6.14.6 Rental and Leasing: Land parcel owners may have the option to rent or lease their virtual land to other users within the THUG.TV metaverse. The terms and conditions of rental or leasing agreements, including pricing and duration, are determined by the land parcel owner and agreed upon by the involved parties.

6.14.7 Governance and Decentralization: The governance of virtual land parcels within the THUG.TV metaverse operates on decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) principles, allowing land parcel owners to participate in decision-making processes related to land management and platform governance. The specific mechanisms and rights associated with land parcel governance will be outlined in separate documentation.

6.15 ERC-721 Contract (THUGASSET) 6.15.1 THUGASSET is an ERC-721 contract utilized within the THUG.TV metaverse for the representation, sale, and ownership of various inventory assets and associated virtual items. Official THUGASSET ERC-721 contract addresses are located at 0x555c9fc463E75d8bC4adC1437D4816635490Df6F on Ethereum. By participating in the THUGASSET marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6.15.2 Asset Ownership: Assets acquired through the THUGASSET marketplace are represented as ERC-721 tokens and are owned by the buyer. The ownership of an asset is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain and can be verified through the associated token ID. THUG.TV facilitates the transfer of ownership of assets between users.

6.15.3 Asset Usage and Interoperability: Ownership of an asset grants you the right to use and display the associated virtual item or content within the THUG.TV metaverse, subject to the platform’s terms and guidelines. The interoperability of assets may vary based on their specific functionalities and compatibility with different features and experiences within the THUG.TV metaverse.

6.15.4 Virtual Collectibles: THUGASSET may include virtual collectibles, such as unique digital artworks, limited edition items, or virtual memorabilia. The value and significance of virtual collectibles may be subjective and determined by factors such as rarity, demand, and community preferences.

6.15.5 Intellectual Property Rights: The ownership of an asset does not grant you ownership of the underlying intellectual property rights associated with the asset’s content. The content creators and licensors retain the ownership of the intellectual property rights, and unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works may infringe upon their rights.

6.15.6 Asset Authenticity: THUG.TV takes reasonable efforts to ensure the authenticity and ownership rights of the assets listed on the THUGASSET marketplace. However, THUG.TV does not guarantee the authenticity or ownership of any asset listed, as it relies on information provided by sellers. It is your responsibility to verify the authenticity and ownership rights before making any asset purchases.

6.15.7 Asset Valuation: The value of assets within the THUGASSET marketplace may be subject to market dynamics and demand. THUG.TV does not provide financial or investment advice regarding the valuation of assets, and you should conduct your own research and exercise caution when participating in asset transactions.

6.15.8 Prohibited Activities: The THUGASSET marketplace prohibits the listing or sale of assets that contain illegal or infringing content, including content that violates intellectual property rights or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities. THUG.TV reserves the right to remove or disable access to any asset that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate in its sole discretion.

6.15.9 Asset Disputes and Resolution: Disputes related to asset transactions on THUG.TV may arise between buyers and sellers. THUG.TV encourages users to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. In the event of a dispute, THUG.TV may, at its discretion, provide assistance or mediate the dispute. However, THUG.TV is not responsible for resolving or compensating for any disputes between users.

6.15.10 Indemnification: By participating in the THUGASSET marketplace, you agree to indemnify and hold THUG.TV harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of assets, including but not limited to any disputes, intellectual property infringement claims, or violations of applicable laws or regulations.

7. Skill Gaming

7.1 THUG.TV may offer skill-based games within the Service (“Skill Games”). Skill Games involve the application of skill, knowledge, or strategy to achieve a desired outcome, rather than relying solely on chance or luck.

7.2 By accessing and participating in Skill Games on THUG.TV, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding skill gaming, including those related to online gambling and wagering.

7.3 You further agree that you will not access or participate in Skill Games on THUG.TV if you are located in a jurisdiction where such activities are illegal or prohibited. Specifically, you agree not to access Skill Games from the following states within the United States where internet skill gaming is currently illegal: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, and South Dakota.

7.4 THUG.TV does not provide legal advice, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in Skill Games is lawful in your jurisdiction. You should consult with legal professionals or review the relevant laws and regulations to determine the legality of skill gaming in your location.

7.5 THUG.TV reserves the right to monitor, review, and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, if it is determined that you are accessing or participating in Skill Games in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

7.6 By accessing and participating in Skill Games on THUG.TV, you acknowledge and agree that any winnings or prizes you may receive are based on the outcome of skill-based activities and not on chance or luck. THUG.TV does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes in Skill Games.

7.7 You understand and acknowledge that participation in Skill Games involves financial risk, and you are solely responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your participation. THUG.TV is not responsible for any financial losses or damages arising from your participation in Skill Games.

7.8 THUG.TV may impose additional terms and conditions specific to Skill Games, including rules, entry fees, prize structures, and eligibility requirements. By accessing and participating in Skill Games, you agree to abide by these additional terms and conditions.

7.9 THUG.TV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Skill Games at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. This includes changes to the rules, entry fees, prize structures, and eligibility requirements of Skill Games.

7.10 You acknowledge and agree that THUG.TV is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from your participation in Skill Games. Any disputes or issues should be resolved directly between the parties involved, and THUG.TV may, at its discretion, provide assistance or mediate the dispute.

7.11 THUG.TV may collect and process personal information related to your participation in Skill Games, as described in our Privacy Policy. It is important for you to review and understand the Privacy Policy before accessing and participating in Skill Games on THUG.TV.

7.12 Skill Gaming Jurisdictional Age Limits 7.12.1 In addition to complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding skill gaming, it is important to note that certain jurisdictions have specific age limits for participating in skill-based games.

7.12.7 By accessing and participating in Skill Games on THUG.TV, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the age restrictions set by your jurisdiction and confirm that you are of legal age to participate in skill gaming activities.

8. Live Video and Voice

8.1 THUG.TV provides a live video and voice feature that allows users to engage in real-time communication within the THUG.TV Metaverse.

8.2 Users are prohibited from engaging in any live video or voice activity that involves nudity or sexually explicit content without age verifying their account with a valid identification document. Age verification is required to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to create a safe environment for all users.

8.3 Nudity or sexually explicit content is only permitted in designated adult video rooms and chat channels. Users must adhere to the guidelines and restrictions set forth by THUG.TV regarding the use of adult content and must ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

8.4 THUG.TV reserves the right to monitor, review, remove, or disable access to any live video or voice content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, in our sole discretion. We may also take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for violations of these Terms related to live video and voice activities.

8.5 Users understand that engaging in live video and voice activities is a personal choice and that they are solely responsible for their own actions, including the content they share and the interactions they have with others. THUG.TV is not responsible for the conduct of users during live video and voice sessions.

8.6 By participating in live video and voice activities on THUG.TV, users acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines or restrictions provided by THUG.TV regarding the use of live video and voice features.

8.7 Users also acknowledge and agree that THUG.TV may collect and process personal information, including video and voice recordings, as described in our Privacy Policy. It is important for users to review and understand the Privacy Policy before engaging in live video and voice activities on THUG.TV.

8.8 THUG.TV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms, including the provisions related to live video and voice, to ensure the safety, security, and appropriate use of the Service. Users will be notified of any material changes to the Terms as required by applicable laws and regulations.

9. Children’s Use of THUG.TV

9.1 THUG.TV is committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and protecting the privacy and safety of children who use our service. We recognize the importance of parental involvement and supervision in children’s online activities. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use THUG.TV with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

9.4 By using THUG.TV, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to utilize and configure these parental controls according to your child’s needs and age appropriateness. 9.5 We encourage you to have open and ongoing communication with your child about their use of THUG.TV and the potential risks and challenges of online interactions. Educating your child about online safety, privacy, and appropriate behavior is essential for their protection.

9.6 If you have any concerns about your child’s use of THUG.TV or believe that your child may have provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately at thugdottv@gmail.com. We will work with you to address your concerns and take appropriate action as necessary.

9.7 By allowing your child to use THUG.TV, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of our COPPA compliant section and the overall Terms of Service. You also consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your child’s personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may freeze your child’s access to THUG.TV to request identity verification from you, the parent, in association with your child’s account to verify your permission and compliance with this agreement if not preemptively verified through our support system.

9.8 Please note that while we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for users of all ages, no online service can guarantee complete security. It is important for parents and guardians to remain vigilant and involved in their child’s online activities.

9.10 In the event of any conflict between this COPPA compliant section and the rest of the Terms of Service, this section shall prevail with respect to children’s use of THUG.TV.

9.11 THUG.TV provides certain content that is intended for mature audiences and may contain explicit or adult material. We take measures to ensure that access to such content is restricted to individuals who are of legal age.

9.11.1 We employ an age verification process to restrict access to adult content. By using THUG.TV, you acknowledge and agree that you must undergo the age verification process to access such content. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and certify that you meet the required age for accessing adult content.

9.11.2 We rely on the information provided during the age verification process and cannot be held responsible if a user provides false or misleading information about their age. It is the sole responsibility of parents or legal guardians to monitor and supervise their child’s online activities and prevent them from accessing inappropriate content.

9.11.3 If you are a parent or legal guardian, we encourage you to utilize the parental controls and age restriction features available on THUG.TV to prevent your child from accessing age-restricted content. 11.2 Normal User Rights: 11.2.1 Off-duty employees will retain all the rights and privileges granted to normal users as outlined in this TOS. 11.2.2 These rights include, but are not limited to, the freedom of speech and expression, subject to the limitations specified in this TOS. 11.2.3 Off-duty employees can engage in lawful speech and express their opinions freely on THUG.TV, adhering to the terms and conditions described in this TOS.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

13.1 THUG.TV is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that THUG.TV will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use THUG.TV at your own risk.

13.2 THUG.TV is not responsible for monetary loss as a result of using our services. Any loss arising from mistakes made while transacting our associated cryptocurrency smart contracts is the responsibility of the user. Protecting your cryptocurrency wallet is your responsibility. We stay at the forefront of cutting edge technology to provide top of the line security options including, but not limited to, Multi Factor Authentication and optional identity verification. THUG.TV reserves the right to provide assistance, but is not obligated to, in the case of any security breach or damaging mistakes. If your DeFi (“Decentralized Finance” or “DeFi”) wallet access is lost, our services will enable you to continue to transact THUG smart contracts your account has been paired with. Once a wallet has been paired with an account, it is indefinite and cannot be added to another account.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall THUG.TV Inc. or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of THUG.TV. Including, but not limited to: mental, physical and/or financial health.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or THUG.TV shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maine, USA.

16. Modifications to Terms

16.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of THUG.TV after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

17. Entire Agreement
